ABOUT US

Shelly Ludlow established the company in 1996 with onsite training books to balance sheet and control setup to help managers understand their financial reports and management accounts.

In 1998 we started doing small business books and management accounts for sole proprietors and closed corporations.

Over the years the company has grown to incorporate seperate divisions, handling books to balance sheets for small to medium businesses as well as corporate companies.

In 2005 we expanded further, incorporating a tax division specialising in individual returns and expatriates.

2010 saw the company expand to handling corporate tax submissions.

In 2011 a site payroll division was added to the company, enabling small to medium companies that cannot afford a payroll package, to utilise our payroll facilities in order to comply with current legislation and statutory returns.

In 2012 Ludlow and Associates became business partners with VIP Payroll incorporating a sales division.
